Shipping Policy

Kad Black Hair Extensions Online Store orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays). SHIPPING. Orders are shipped via UPS, DHL, and Fedex. All orders take up to 2-6 business days to process, depending on product availability. Your order is then shipped, which can take up to 2-4 business days to receive if you do not sign for your package. If you paid for UPS 2nd Day Air your product will take up to 2 business days to receive after your order is done being processed. Order processing starts the following business day after your order was placed, excluding Fridays.

Please note a signature is required upon delivery.

We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation. Simply use the tracking number provided to track your package online. Please note: estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only and may not be available depending on shipment details. We do not ship to PO Boxes. APO/FPO/DPO or U.S. Territories.

Please be aware that COVOID-19 caused a lot of shipping companies to be short staffed and to work short hours. Therefore you should expect a 1-5 day delay in shipping due to the pandemic. Shipping companies are taking longer to deliver items due to the pandemic. Online companies are not at fault, neither are shipping companies. That is why we urge you all to stop being around more than 10 people. If it's not an essential need, please do not go out. By doing this, this will help slow down COVID-19.

Return & Exchange policy

Once your order is placed, you have 10 minutes to cancel your order. After 10 minutes, your order is being processed and getting prepared to be shipped. So, please keep in mind the 10 minute grace-period, if you notice that your order is incorrect (i.e. you ordering the wrong product). If you do not reach out to us in 10 minutes, we're going to assume that everything is correct with your order and we must go through with the process and shipping.If you insist on us canceling your order after the 10 minute grace period, a $50 restock fee will be deducted from the total you paid. EXAMPLE: If you order at 1:00pm and want to cancel your order 15 minutes later, a $50 restock fee will be deducted from the total you paid. YOU CANNOT CANCEL AN ORDER HOURS, A DAY, OR DAYS AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED. WE DO NOT CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES, PLEASE CONTACT THE SHIPPING CARRIER, ONCE TRACKING NUMBER IS SENT.

We do not offer any exchanges, cancellations, refunds, or returns. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items once they leave our facility. If you received anything damaged or unusable, please reach out to Kad Black Hair Extensions to resolve the matter before disputing an order. Let us make it right. If we do not receive an email within 24 hours of the delivery stamp, we have deem the merchandise as successful delivered, usable, and of perfect quality.

If you or your stylist damage your bundles, wigs, closure, or frontals, we are not responsible and we will not be replacing it. To avoid this, we recommend you going to a professional hairstylist for all coloring services and installations. We take video recordings of all orders before shipping them out.

If you wait weeks, months, or years to use one of our products and alledgelly find an issue, we will NOT send a replacement due to us not knowing exactly if you are using our product or not. As mentioned before, if we do not receive an email within 24 hours of the delivery stamp, we have deem the merchandise as successful delivered, usable, and of perfect quality.

** If your package was attempted to be delivered by UPS, DHL, or FedEx and you refused your package from Kad Black Hair Extensions, you will not be given a refund under any circumstances.

Custom Wig Policy

Custom wigs can take up to 7-21 business days to be made and shipped out, unless stated otherwise in the description. Due to wigs being completely custom to the customer, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges. If you provide us with the incorrect measurements, unfortunately, you will have to keep that unit and reorder another one. All custom units are made with Kad Black Hair Extensions bundles and frontals/or closures. We do not use any other hair to make our custom units. Our custom units are shipped via UPS with signature confirmation for U.S. orders and DHL for International orders.
